  • 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (or air fryer to 375°F).
  2. Pat dry salmon cubes, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Make the sauce: Mix mayonnaise, hot sauce, and honey in a bowl. Adjust spice to taste.
  4. Coat salmon: Dip each cube in the sauce, then roll in panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Arrange on a baking sheet or air fryer basket (avoid overcrowding).
  6. Cook:

    • Air fry: 8–10 minutes at 375°F.
