Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (or air fryer to 375°F).
- Pat dry salmon cubes, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Make the sauce: Mix mayonnaise, hot sauce, and honey in a bowl. Adjust spice to taste.
- Coat salmon: Dip each cube in the sauce, then roll in panko breadcrumbs.
- Arrange on a baking sheet or air fryer basket (avoid overcrowding).
- Cook:
- Bake: 10–12 minutes at 400°F.
- Air fry: 8–10 minutes at 375°F.
Salmon is done when internal temp reaches 145°F.
